What data do you need from me?
A simple CSV export with: user email, signup date, plan, MRR, last login date, login frequency, support tickets, and payment failures. We never store your raw data — we process it and delete it immediately.
Do you send the emails, or do I?
You send them from your email (your brand, your relationship). We generate the email copy and provide it to you for review and approval. You have full control.
How do you calculate "revenue saved"?
Simple: We identify high-risk customers (likely to churn). After 30 days, we check which ones stayed. If they stayed, we count their MRR as "saved." You pay 25% of that amount monthly.
What if the interventions don't work?
Then you don't pay. Our model is 100% outcome-based. If we don't save customers, we don't get paid. Every save is verified through our audit trail — risk score at identification, intervention delivery confirmed, and health improvement within 30 days. That's why we're confident enough to offer a free pilot.
Is this only for B2B SaaS?

How long does the pilot take?

How do you verify that a save was actually because of ChurnRate?
We track the full lifecycle — risk score at identification, intervention sent, delivery confirmed, and health improvement within 30 days. Every save has an immutable audit snapshot linking it to a specific intervention, with before/after risk scores and verified MRR. You can review this data anytime in your dashboard.
Can I dispute a save attribution?
Absolutely. You have 30 days to dispute any save. Email billing@churnrate.io with the customer(s) in question, and we'll review the audit trail together. If the dispute is upheld, the save is reversed and charges credited. Transparency is core to our model.
What if I already have my own retention efforts?
We only count saves for customers who received a ChurnRate intervention and improved within the 30-day attribution window. If a customer was already being handled by your team or improved on their own without our intervention, they won't be counted as a ChurnRate save.
How do you prevent billing discrepancies?
When you connect Stripe, we verify MRR directly from your subscription data — no manual reporting needed. If there's ever a difference between imported data and Stripe records, we flag it immediately and use the Stripe-verified amount. Everything is automated and fully auditable.
